OSCARFMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) is a centralized flexible manufacturing system that integrates EDM machines, CNC milling, CMM inspection, ASRS storage, robotic arms, and AMR logistics to form a coordinated, multi-process workflow. Using RFID tracking and automated dispatching logic, it optimizes scheduling, prevents bottlenecks, and maintains transparent material flow. Closed-loop measurement enables stable, unmanned production during nights and weekends. Its modular architecture supports phased expansion, extends existing equipment lifecycles, and enhances overall production resilience.
