To accelerate the advancement of smart manufacturing and strengthen collaboration within the machine tool ecosystem, OSCARMAX participated in the Machine Tool Industry Ecosystem Demonstration Event organized by the Taiwan Machine Tool & Accessory Builders’ Association (TMBA) on November 24. The event brought together industry professionals to explore how AI, automation, and flexible manufacturing systems can be integrated into the future of machine tool production.
During the event, OSCARMAX showcased recent developments in the areas of precision machining, digitalized production management, FMS-based flexible manufacturing, and AI-enabled smart processes. Participants were able to experience firsthand how these technologies are applied on the shop floor.
OSCARMAX introduced its integrated APS × MES × ERP framework, demonstrating how production planning, material management, and on-site operations can be fully visualized and optimized through real-time data.
The session featured demonstrations of high-speed motion performance, five-axis positioning, calibration techniques, and “one-shot precision machining,” showing how OSCARMAX ensures consistent quality across complex EDM applications.
Participants observed how multi-machine coordination, automated storage, cross-station handling, and optimized scheduling work together to create a highly flexible and efficient EDM production line.
The event also highlighted OSCARMAX’s AI-enabled solutions, including:

Predictive machining recommendations
PSO-based intelligent scheduling
These tools help shorten response time, improve efficiency, and enhance process consistency.
Guests visited OSCARMAX’s production facilities to observe the real-world implementation of EDM technology, automation modules, inspection systems, and production data tracking. The tour allowed participants to gain deeper insights into how advanced manufacturing concepts are executed in daily operations.
