Previously renowned for its self-owned EDM brand “OSCARMAX,” Sparkle Industrial Co., Ltd. has unveiled a brand-new CNC compact gantry-type high-speed machining center this year, marking its entry into the machining center sector and providing mold manufacturers with more comprehensive production solutions.
General Manager He Yi-Tong stated that to better serve mold manufacturers, Sparkle initiated the R&D and production of the new compact gantry-type CNC high-speed machining center. After rigorous testing, the machine demonstrated outstanding performance, with a high-rigidity gantry structure and exceptional cutting accuracy—proving the success of this high-speed model. Sparkle also offers both dry- and wet-type CNC graphite machining centers to meet diverse customer needs.
In addition to the gantry-type machining center, Sparkle has also introduced the high-speed powder-polishing EDM machine. By adding conductive particles into the dielectric fluid, this machine significantly increases fine machining speed and achieves a mirror surface finish with a maximum machining area of 500 cm² and surface precision up to Ra 0.3 or below. It enhances surface uniformity and dramatically reduces manual polishing time, making it ideal for mobile phone components, digital camera parts, TFT-LCD panels, and large mold surfaces.
To meet the increasing demand for large-scale TFT-LCD, electronic, and automotive molds, Sparkle also provides the large moving-column dual-head EDM machine. With a Y-axis travel of up to 1,000 mm, this model features a dual-head dual-control system, an articulated arm control panel, and a patented counterweight-type machining tank door. These innovations allow for smooth operation, quick mold alignment, and complete oil-tight sealing.
